Raise your hand if you knew (and loved) Brucie. I used to work nearby and it quickly became my favorite restaurant; I still regret never attending one of their famous themed Valentine's dinners. This is chef Zahra Tangorra's memoir, and I'm hoping it includes her tomato butter recipe.
