Shaker Lemon Pie (Smitten Kitchen)

This is a dark horse of a pie, for sure. It use whole lemons and thus will be adored by people who like bitter citrus flavors like marmalade and Campari and not loved by all those other people who don’t. (But if you have 10 other pies, the no-bitterness crowd will be fine!)
